Summing up the round table “Intellectual Production in the #К2В: Sector: What experts are needed in the era of the 6th technological structure?” held at ITMO University.
Qubit Business Duet were the co-organiser and inspired the discussion.
In the course of a meaningful conversation with invited experts, they agreed:
1. You cannot teach, but show the way and create the conditions for learning! – this is the vision of an ideal 21st century university capable to form leaders in the К2В Sector!
2. The 21st century employee key skill is the ability to work with knowledge. Because “the expert must understand what he knows.”
And here, we can say that it is definitely in view of the awareness of this issue that Valery Platonov and Pavel Savchenko have conceived and have been implementing the Open Intersectoral Contest “Intellectual Capitalist” (www.inflow.spb.ru) for three years within the Intelligent Stream project. The contest was created to search and promote the most progressive representatives in intellectual business, to select people able to understand and work with knowledge. Sorry for the tautology)
